About Forkful
Forkful is a website template for dietitians, nutritionists and nutrition coaches. It comes with a working calories and macros calculator, a recipe library in the CMS where every recipe scales its servings and switches between grams and cups, and a booking form where clients pick a free call in their own time zone.

Working components
- Macro Calculator: sex, age, height, weight (metric or US), activity level and goal. Shows daily calories from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, protein, carbs and fat in grams with a ring chart, and a per-meal split for 3 to 5 meals. You set the deficit, surplus, protein per kilo and fat share, and the button passes the numbers to your booking page.
- Recipe Scaler: paste ingredients one per line (200 g oats, 1 1/2 cups milk, 2-3 tbsp oil). Visitors change the servings and every quantity scales with clean fractions; Metric and US cups convert grams, millilitres, ounces and cups. Tick off ingredients and steps, copy a shopping list, and show nutrition per serving. Bound to the CMS.
- Call Picker: your weekly hours in your time zone become two weeks of free call times shown in the visitor's own zone. Picks are sent with the Framer form.

Good to know
- The calculator gives a general starting estimate and says so on the page; it isn't medical advice.
- The Call Picker shows times you type in; it doesn't sync with a calendar or block a time once someone books. You confirm by email.
- Bookings arrive as Framer form submissions (email or a webhook you connect).
- The dietitian, reviews and prices are made up; photos are from Unsplash.
